Steering away from the conventional, this uniquely innovative warehouse-style interior breaks the mould with its daring, dramatic dimensions. Public transportation is also close by offering a 15 minute trip into the city center. everything is so close and Trams at the end of the Street Train a two minute walk away. Restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, amenities and the buzzing Fitzroy Street just around the corner. Short walk to Acland St and the beach. Melbourne CBD only 20 mins away via tram. An incredible 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with AMAZING balcony views in the premier location of St Kilda. Contemporary, sun drenched and only a short walk to the beach with eclectic bars, restaurants, cafes, Woolworths supermarket and liquor store (directly next door) and quick access to trams into the city. Luna Park, Palais Theatre, Peanut Farm Reserve, and Catani Gardens are all easily accessed via foot. The beautiful Botanical Gardens in the heart of St Kilda are also walking distance.
