Kitchen includes 4 burner electric stovetop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, Keurig, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, utensils. Swing mount TV in the living room area as well as a TV in the bedroom. Island dining table with 4 chairs. Bedroom offers a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Fully furnished with dishes and linens. Will provide linen exchanges/cleaning during extended stays.

Renting out my home ON the Salmon River. This listing is for "Unit A" which is the main part of the house. I also rent out a studio suite with a separate entrance (On the Salmon River! - Unit B), or you can rent both spaces by booking the "ON the Salmon River - Full House" listing. This listing can be booked 6 months in advance. The Full House listing can be booked 1 year in advance. The dock and laundry room are considered common areas for both units.

The Blue Cottage is a rustic 3-bedroom retreat at Salmon River Lighthouse & Marina, perfect for up to 6 guests. Each bedroom features two twin beds. Enjoy a full kitchen, gas grill, picnic table, and fire pit. Guests have exclusive access to fish from our marina docks, a privilege not available to the public. Kayak and rowboat rentals are available on-site, and dock slip rentals are offered for guests bringing their boats.
