This comfortable two-bedroom apartment by the beach in St Kilda West/Middle Park has stunning views across Port Phillip Bay and Melbourne CBD. There’s a city tram 80 metres away and it’s 10 minutes by tram to MSAC. The Australian F1 track is a 10-minute walk. The area has numerous restaurants, many within walking distance. One of the joys of this apartment is drinks on the balcony as the sun sets across the bay. And early risers may catch the hot-air balloons as they drift across the city.

In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by
