This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

We loved our stay in Fitzroy, and were delighted with the house - which exceeded our expectations in many ways. It’s a brilliant location for all of Fitzroy and surrounding areas, with so many choices to eat, shop and the wonderful public pool right on the doorstep. Kali was incredibly helpful and allowed us a late check out which we were very grateful for!!

Chandi's place is in a great location and we had access to everything we needed. She was a great host and was very helpful when needed. Would stay there again in the future if looking for a place in that area.

Excellent location and great value for money. The hosts were super professional & easy to deal with, totally did their due diligence for our check-in. On the contrary, Check-in info needs to be communicated slightly better as there was nothing indicating we had to get in through a grey gate to access the lockbox, it was a free access but we had to search for a good 5-10 minutes for the lockbox. The equipment in the house needs to be replaced. For instance, the soap dispenser wasn’t working in the main bathroom. Washing machine was super old, its quick wash cycle being a whopping 3 hours which was disappointing. There was a massive hole in one of the bedroom’s closet, the back gate to the garden was also playing up. Lastly, we’d expected cordless vacuum cleaner for convenience, however that wasn’t the case. Overall, with few minor changes/ improvements, this house has the potential to tick all the boxes

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great—close to shops, food options, grocery stores, and public transport (trams and the station). There’s also a fantastic dog park and playground just around the corner, which was perfect for our pups and toddler. The place has a cool, relaxed vibe with a modern-retro feel, and it was really well set up. Super clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed—from kitchen appliances to laundry facilities. You could easily stay longer and feel right at home. Having on-site parking was a huge plus, especially over the Easter long weekend. And being dog-friendly sealed the deal for us. Boris was a great host—easy to contact, proactive with messaging and reminders, and made everything really smooth. Great value for money—would absolutely book again!

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

My partner and I recently traveled to Melbourne for a short getaway. We had the pleasure of staying at John and Jeane’s place on the 27th floor, and I can confidently say the view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was exceptionally clean, neat, and made us feel right at home. We had the opportunity to meet both John and Jeane in person. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming hosts, and very easy to communicate with. Their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was both peaceful and convenient. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing escape, and the bed was especially comfortable. The space was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, which meant we didn’t have to worry about packing too much. Overall, the place was amazing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the view was truly unforgettable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Was a perfect spot to stay right in the heart of Southbank. Everything you need within walking distance! Lots of space for four people to relax. House was clean. Would book again when in the area.

We had such a great stay at Tikali’s place. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and the building had great amenities (loved the pool!). The location couldn’t have been better; right near parks, which was perfect for our dog Buffy, and within easy walking distance to the city. It was the ideal base for our Melbourne trip, and Tikali was a responsive and thoughtful host. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

Perfect for our week in Melbourne. Great location, walkable to coffee shops, bars, restaurants and green spaces. Trams to city centre nearby. Comfortable, quiet apartment and well equipped - big comfy beds, rainfall shower, washing machine & tumble dryer. Lovely balcony overlooking cycle/pedestrian walkway. Great coffee shop on corner and supermarket local.

An amazing host as she was always responsive. The cleaning agency maid did a poor job in cleaning and washing up but after notifying Una, she sorted it out and even provided a token of goodwill. We were unlucky that the weather was warm when we were in Melbourne city, so only 1 bedroom has an aircon, therefore we had to move the other double bed to the main room where 4 of us slept in the same room. Parking was tight for an SUV, much suited for a smaller car. Apart from that, the place is not really suitable for young infant or toddler.

We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place is amazing, has the vibes of quiet luxury while managed to make ones feel comfortable and cozy as a home, a wonderful way to see one's unique sense of aesthetics and artistic creativity are well articulated in every corner of the property. We had a very relaxing time there. An elegant serenity amidst the bustling city.

Had a great staycation had everything you need for a long term stay, they even left delicious treats for us upon arrival. The kind size bed was extremely comfortable.
