White waterfront cottage, close to cedar point

Cute waterfront cottage. Completely updated summer 2021 with new flooring throughout, new kitchen, kitchen appliances. New bathroom (2021). Waterfront seating and propane fire pit. Views of Pipe Creek and the east bay of Sandusky Bay. Sleeps 7. Recently added 28’ dock for use (for 2023 season) Close to everything Sandusky and the surrounding areas have to offer. This Old Lake House

This Old Lake House is located two blocks from a sandy beach and one block from a family-friendly park with picnic shelters, playground & concessions. The house was once a summer cottage turned into a year round home. The vintage qualities emit a casual feeling of relaxation and summertime on the Lake. Historic downtown is a 15 min. walk where you'll find free, live entertainment, quaint shopping & casual dining. The light house, parks, & ferry service to Put-In-Bay are just a few blocks away.

Located in the historic Old Plat district this completely updated, high-end home is nestled between Huron’s Lake Front Park or a secluded sandy beach! Minutes to the Put-in-Bay ferry, marinas, breweries, wineries, and restaurants. Summer weekends fill fast.

The Love Shack (by the track) is a little old place where you can get together! Vibrant, bright and cozy, it is the perfect place for your romantic or couples getaway. (Great spot for fishermen with ample off street boat parking!) Whether you are looking for island life, nightlife, beach life… or just to enjoy life, it will fit your needs. Beautiful cottage located on the shore of Lake Erie, next to a private community park. Minutes from Cedar Point, Sports Force Parks, boats headed to Kelleys Island, Put-in-bay, and other fun. Centrally located between Toledo and Cleveland and all the attractions northern Ohio has to offer. Step back in time and enjoy a home large enough for 7-9 people, cozy enough for two, featuring an open living/dining/kitchen; first floor laundry and bath; and three 2nd floor bedrooms and bath.

Bring your fur babies. Let them vacation with you! Amazing views of the water! Truly spectacular! Private beach with lots to do we offer water toys like the Water lily or kayaks, or lay in the sun and play in the sand. You can take a nice long walk or go for a bike ride. We are Walleye capital of the world, so go fishing! Many fishing charters OR you can dock your boat at nearby marina.
