Rural house in Minho, Portugal

House built in granite, with three bedrooms, a kitchen, une living room, one bathroom fully furnished, a garden and open space with barbecue. Feel free to enjoy your stay. Enjoy the nature and relax! The urban area is really nera the house and you can enjoy the lovely food in soem restaurants or just enjoy the natural landscape by wlaking around or just enjoy a nice drink in one of the river-fronts. Public transportations are not the best, but you can visit some of the surrounding towns if you are good in making plans... This is my home. I reconstructed it myself. It's full of love...

Beautiful country house

Modern country house with large garden and animal backyard ideal for a break from the city movement. The coldest days invite to a evening by the fireplace where you can get cosy and watch the fire dance as the wood burns. It is a quiet place with a good neighborhood. The historic center of Viana do Castelo is a 10 minutes drive as well as several beaches such as Cabedelo beach, where you can practice various water sports such as surfing, windsurfing or paddle. Five minutes from supermarkets.

Apartamento no rés do chão de uma moradia, com 3 quartos, com acesso exclusivo à piscina e jardim, churrasqueira e mesa de apoio. (nada é partilhado) O acesso ao apartamento é autónomo do resto da vivenda Situado na aldeia denominada Brandara no Concelho de Ponte de Lima. Acesso A3 a 3 minutos e acesso à A27 a 3 minutos. Situado a 5 km de Ponte de Lima (7 minutos). Fica a 40 minutos do Parque Nacional Peneda Gerês. 40 minutos da Cidade de Braga e 20 minutos de Viana do Castelo.

Este é um espaço único, com uma vista deslumbrante sobre a cascata e natureza envolvente. Ideal para um fim de semana de aventuras! Venha preparado para pouca rede de telemóvel e Wi-Fi lento, uma vez que o local é isolado. Por outro lado, o som da natureza ganha uma dimensão fantástica, a água do rio e os pássaros envolvem nos totalmente. O acesso é feito (nos últimos 500m) por caminho em terra e é necessário estar atento as indicações que lhe fornecemos para que não se perca.

Perfeito para viajantes em grupo, em famílias ou peregrinos de Santiago de Compostela. Ótimos acessos, junto à saída da A3 e A27, a 1km do centro da vila. Perto tem a ecovia, praia fluvial, supermercados e padarias. A 5 km: campo de golf, canoagem e equitação. Perto da serra e do mar. A casa está toda remodelada, mobilada e equipada. Disponibilidade de horário para o Check in e facilidade em falar francês, alemão, italiano, espanhol e, em menor grau, inglês.

Exceptional location! Magnificent view of the beach, just in front of the private balcony in 2º floor, lots of sun and natural light in all the apartment. A beautiful green park at the other side of the street whith an amazing pedestrian and ciclo via along the Cávado river. The cozy apartment you can see in the photos...is realy nice and super comfortable for 2 persons. Really safe neighborhood all around.
