It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 to 20 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds

Situated in Hamurana, 5 minutes from a lake side walk, Hamurana Golf Course, Hamurana Springs or the local store. 20 minutes drive to central Rotorua. Accommodation has its own full modern facilities including kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Off road parking, set on a lovely quiet farm with friendly farm animals on-site, not far from town.
