Two large bedrooms with good wardrobes and storage, and a third bedroom with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area opens onto a large deck and lawn area with great sun. We have our own private Lake Access with a Jetty and can cater for boat trailers. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds

This is a quirky unit that has been separated out from the main house with its own ranch slider entry and a double door in hall way separating it out, it has high ceiling in living zone, native timber floors in service areas and the bedroom is spacious with a view out to garden . It is clean, modern and close to Bethlehem shops restaurants cafes takeaways and bar. The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with amazing views from many aspects when venturing, gardens and lawns .

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.

Papamoa Country Cottage

Great coastal panoramic views with beautiful sunsets ... Only 8 min's drive to Papamoa surf beach and shopping etc. The cottage is in a peaceful, rural setting in the Papamoa hills, adjacent to our own house and yet private, we respect your privacy and keep non intrusive to your stay and space unless required. Only minutes driving away from the vibrant hustle and bustle of Tauranga/Mt Maunganui etc.
