The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . L'appartamento è strutturato su tre livelli: piano terra con cucina/soggiorno e bagno semi accessoriato (senza doccia) ; 1° piano con ampia camera da letto , ampio bagno completo di doccia e vasca separati; sottotetto (2° camera da letto) raggiungibile attraverso una scala in comune con altra abitazione, con un letto ad una piazza e mezza ed una branda + piccolo bagno (solo wc e lavandino). L'alloggio è in centro storico Sul retro della casa c'è possibilità di parcheggio non a pagamento.

La Casa di Olga

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). E' situato sia nel centro del paese che nel centro del parco del Delta del Po, diventato da poco Patrimonio dell'Unesco. Il mare è distante pochi kilometri (ca 10 min). Nella zona è possibile effettuare gite in barca. La casa mette a disposizioni 6 biciclette per escursioni nel boscone della Mesola e nelle numerose ciclabili della zona.
