This warm, inviting, private entrance apartment is nestled below our home in a gated community with a wildlife path through the backyard for nature lovers. Quiet with beautiful views as you relax on the large deck equipped with a grill. King-sized bed, twin murphy bed and sleeper sofa can sleep 4 total. Stocked for all your necessities. Cable Tv. This beautiful, private 748 sq. ft. executive studio is the bottom level of a house with its own private balcony & entry. The studio has a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table, induction plate & Keurig), full bath, living room, desk, & queen bed. There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Enjoy 14 miles of hiking trails from the house.
