The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, a living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, a terrace , parking place and a heated pool. All rooms are air-conditioned and one room has a private bathroom. The house is located a 10-minute drive from the most popular sandy beach and 10 minutes from towns of Zadar and Nin. Restaurants and shops are also located near the accommodation.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
