U Biogradu se nalazi 5 velikih supermarketa, riva sa mnostvom restorana, kafica, cocktail barova... Luksuzni vanjski prostor kuce:bazen okružen dječjim igralištem,2 natkrivene terase sa grillom,Jacuzzi, biljarom,.. S povišenog prostora bazena pruža se pogled na cijelo imanje(5000m2): vinograd, stabla trešanja i smokava, preko 60 stabala maslina, mediteranskog cvijeća i začinskog bilja.

Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

This villa is located directly on the beach. The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.
