Beautiful place for the kids to get outdoors along with a wide space indoors for more intimate family time. Absolutely loved our stay here.

We had such an amazing escape here! We drove up and just said "WOW!". The views and jacuzzi take the cabin to the next level. The local wildlife make for such an adventure with the kids, and there is lots to do, despite being so remote. The kids loved playing pool and table tennis at the resort end. Susanne and Dave had everything in the house that we needed and provided the comforts and added extras that just made it all the more thoughtful. Come here prepared to cook all meals or drive into town and grab a meal, even the drive is nice. We loved clocking off from the world and just enjoying our time away from all the busy. Thanks so much for making our stay so memorable :)

The most memorable get away we have ever had. Adorable and comfortable cabin with the most spectacular views. Adults, teens and kids all loved our stay and didn't want to leave. From the moment you arrive and take in the beautiful surroundings you won’t want to leave. Our stay at The Lantern was an amazing experience to immerse yourself in nature, reconnect and reset.See kangaroos in the early mornings and enjoy beautiful fires at sunset up on the wilderness cocktail bar taking in the wonderful views and listening to the peaceful sounds of nature. Don’t hesitate book it now, you won’t regret it

Lovely peaceful haven, tucked away at the end of the road around a pretty dam. Cottages are well spaced, well equipped and the grounds lovely to stroll through with our dogs. We loved doing a BBQ breakfast on the terrace and dinner in the restaurant was very good also. We would return to stay here again. Wifi reception is not great, but the peace and quiet is the trade off.

I would highly recommend kylies artists cottage! absolutely beautiful, her sculptures and artworks were even more beautiful and incredible than I could've imagined. Great location, walking distance to town. Very comfy bed, great sleep! Definitely will be returning to this beautiful accommodation!

Bernadette’s place is definitely worth a visit. I had browsed dozens of locations searching for the ideal, private and beautiful location and this was it. Bernadette was very responsive initially and made booking a breeze with flexibility for check in/out time to suit my circumstances. The location is extremely private, with a hot tub that makes the property so worthwhile. Perfect for a romantic weekend with the missus or a family looking to unwind and spend some quality time with one another.

Fantastic accomodation, beautifully presented, great location. Would suit a family with kids or a large group, plenty of room for everybody.

The place was perfect! We will come back regularly. It was 100% worth it, great location, adorable place and great facilities. The only thing I didn’t like is that there was a fee to bring your dog which I didn’t know about and there was a 2 dog limit, but they made an exception for us which I appreciate a lot.

Carol's site is very peaceful in the middle of nature. The DayDreamer - our accomodation - was the perfect set up for 2 families with many kids and 2 dogs! A lot of space outside to play as the campsites were not occupied during our stay ;) Very relaxing! Also plenty to do short drives away from 10 to 30 min (beach, horse ridding, treetops, even go karting near Newcastle!!) ; plenty to keep everyone busy. If your thing is eating / coffeeing out, there may be other better suited options but it was perfect for us! Thanks.

Great, quiet location and comfortable house. Nicely renovated bathroom and kitchen. No laundry though. The kids loved playing in the yard and exploring. We saw a wombat, kangaroos and kookaburra. The birds were lovely to wake up to in the morning and the fireplace was beautiful to relax in front of.

The perfect base for our Hunter adventure. Location is right in the middle of wine country, with wineries in all directions. The cabin itself was well maintained and had everything we wanted and needed for a perfect stay. They also accommodated our dog which was a major selling point. The accommodation is owned by Harkham Estate, so a free wine tasting was included. The tasting was one of our favourites of the trip. The communication from booking to leaving was first class and always willing to assist where needed. Will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Krinklewood! The surroundings were stunning, and everyone who worked there was so friendly and accommodating. We did not want to leave! We loved the outdoor pizza oven and cute Instamix camera! We will definitely be back soon. Thanks for an amazing stay x

We had such a great stay here. Highly recommend. The place was exactly as described. The owner was very welcoming to their beautiful home. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The cabin had absolutely everything you would need plus more. 3 nights for us was not enough. Thank you for having us.

Best place to chill and relax. Kim and Terry are the best host. Great hospitality! Their place was spotless clean, and was same as described. They were very kind to offer us fresh limes, mandarins and eggs from their farm. Highly recommended ❤️

As animal lovers, we absolutely enjoyed our stay in the cute cabin among the paddocks. It's got a big balcony where we had our breakfast in the morning, and since we were lucky, we also got to watch the horse riding lesson while having breakfast! It's just nice to be able to roam around and greet with Margrete's friendly dogs and horses. Margrete made us feel well taken cared for and we really appreciated that we were able to see how the horses were fed up close while having Margrete explain the process. Overall, a very friendly, relaxing and educational experience that ticks all our boxes for a weekend escape from our city rat race.

The loft villa was absolutely fantastic. Everything I had imagined and more. The view was amazing, quiet and peaceful, dozens of Wallabies right out the front at sunrise and on sunset. Highly recommended for a romantic weekend away in a fantastic location.

Amazing stay. Right next to the vineyards so you receive a proper Hunter Valley experience. Carrie is so lovely and always willing to assist with any questions regarding staying in the Hunter.
