We are within short driving distance to: Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital or St. Mary's, the Huntington Mall The place is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, comfy bed, we live close to a highway so there is some traffic and our driveway is at a incline we are in a protected area which is near the city and on a bus line. Located in the small community of Cottageville, WV is this 278 acre farm found at the end of a country road. This is the family farm that I grew up on as a child. My father Doug lives in the main house and tends to the hay fields and approximate 30 head of cattle. The farm house sits just below the top of a hill with a nice view of a farm field that the cows enjoy grazing on. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the large farmhouse porch, take walks, and use the fire pit.

Cozy 2-Bedroom River Cabin with Private Dock

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway: The River Cabin has a large, covered porch overlooking Millcreek and exclusive access to a dock, fire-ring area, and deck with table, chairs and umbrella. It sleeps five (2 full size, 1 twin). Includes a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom, and linens. The dock sits right on Millcreek, and is a lovely place to relax and fish. Up to 2 pets allowed for a fee. Additional $5 daily charge the 5th guest.

Sun Valley Farm Cottage

Enjoy a one-bedroom cottage located on a family-owned farm on the outskirts of Minford. We are located within 5 minutes of Rose Valley Animal Park and the White Gravel Mines. For those who enjoy a little drive, there are many state and national parks within an hour. You can also enjoy some farm fresh eggs and hang out with the farm animals during your stay!

This is a quiet space located in within walking distance of The University of Rio Grande and Bob Evans Farms. It would be great for one person or a couple. It features a queen size bed and a futon. The unit is located above a garage. There is parking for one car on the premises. Please do NOT park under the breezeway.
