It's a cute place. Smaller but manageable. You need to be able to do stairs as 3 stories. Significant move in issues were addressed quickly and fully by Heidi. Thank you! Back yard area is small. Nice dock to fish or swim off from. Unfortunately there is no wood burning fire pit. Cottages are very close together so privacy during peak tourist times could be an issue. We had no problems in that area. The road down is a bit challenging but we made it fine. There are a few bars/taverns/restaurants nearby. If possible, I would suggest visiting the site first for a better understanding of location and size for planning.

Franky was very responsive and helpful during the entire trip! The location was great, and the house was very nice with many things to do.

Booked a sister’s weekend at the cottage and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! The home was adorable and we loved the views of the creek. The host was responsive and gave us great recommendations! Some of our favorite things to do on our stay were kayaking in the state park, brownies custard, Matty’s pizza, jet boat tours in lewiston, and of course seeing the falls! We also enjoyed seeing our beaver friend in the backyard every day! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay! The home was clean, the hot tub was warm and the view was beautiful! After our days exploring Niagara Falls, it was a quiet and welcome retreat!

We were looking for a place to stay after our wedding in Wilson . Brad worked with us on duration and check-in times. This was exactly what we were hoping for! A great gathering place with the open kitchen and living space! The views were fantastic! The serenity was a perfect way to unwind after our wedding! It was an absolutely perfect weekend! We are hoping to come back again just to sit on the back deck!

The sunrise off the dock was amazing. Wendy was very helpful with local places to eat and making sure we had everything we needed before even getting there. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We will booking again next fall! Very close to Oak Orchard dam (went for a fishing trip)! Thank you for recommending Roadies food was awesome!

This cottage was the right fit for my family, nice resting place for us to sleep and enjoy our fishing trip. Although the bathroom was on the smaller side, we found everything very nice and clean, and the owner responded immediately to a small issue and fixed the problem right away. All together, very satisfied!!

I rented this for my mother’s 80th birthday. It was perfect for her and her husband. Lake views amazing, perfect size home and fully equipped with everything one would have at their own home! House was quaint, personable and a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Beautiful deck overlooking Lake Ontario, beautiful well maintained yard. The privacy was another great bonus!! Would rent this again. Instructions were on point! Everything was perfect!! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven!!

Judith is an extremely kind and professional host and offers great suggestions for activities and great local places to eat and shop! We love staying in this house. Karen is wonderful. She always leaves us a note along with her phone number in case we need anything. We have family that lives in the area and did Christmas there this year with them. in the beautiful . I enjoyed sitting watching the snow, water and wildlife. If you want some place to relax and enjoy nature this is your place to stay.

Fatmir was extremely responsive. Very helpful and accommodating. Had a great time staying here. Loved the community park where I could walk our dog every morning. Great place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Fatmir!

Great place right by the water. We really enjoyed our time. Plenty of space for family. We stayed for a full week and had no issues.

Very quiet location, but with a small private beach and historic Lighthouse just in the neighborhood. She provided an Empire State Parks Pass, and Hamlin Beach State Park just 10 miles away, lots of fun. Good beach, picnic areas, paved walking trail along the shore throughout the long park. Two small towns, Hilton and Hamlin to explore, and we found the small Ontario Winery to do some tastings. Apple season with fresh apples and farm fresh corn to sample some of Western Virginia's produce.

Jolee was very nice and welcoming to her place. We loved and enjoy our stay. She gave us a list of places and things to do in the area which was very helpful. I’d recommend this place to anyone who looking for a little cozy place to stay as the have fun in the Buffalo area!

Angler’s paradise. Right on the dock of the estuary of the Oak. Nice and quiet, plenty of room. Definitely will be back.

The stay on Lake Ontario was perfection. I felt relaxed and at peace while staying there. It was the perfect get away. I had everything I needed for my stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. There were a couple quirks, but Jennifer was very responsive and things were resolved quickly.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Lovely Cottage. Brandy is a great host. Her place is very inviting, with lots of unique and humorous artwork. The house was well appointed with many homey touches. Especially nice was the large shower with rain head. We appreciated having use of the kitchen and coffee brewing options. Best of all, we enjoyed a good night’s rest in the super-comfy bed! The neighborhood is very walkable and close to shops and restaurants. We felt right at home and would be happy to stay again. This beachfront cottage was exactly what we were looking for. The lake views and sunsets were amazing, weather was perfect. The cottage was spacious with plenty of sleeping area for our 5 adults. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and having evening fires. Plenty of wineries nearby also. Although we weren’t bothered by it, I would mention to others that there is no privacy in the yard. There is a walkway that runs alongside the yard that is very busy with locals walking back and forth to the beach/pjer. Although it did not bother us, some might be looking for a more private getaway. My family and I would definitely stay at the beachfront cottage again!
