Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer ausziehbaren Couch ausgestattet, die zusätzlichen Schlafplatz für 2 Gäste bietet.

Apartment auf zwei Ebenen mit großer Terrasse. Der Wintergarten und die Terrasse laden zum relaxen ein. Das Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, die Küche, der Wintergarten und die Terrasse im 1. Stock. Verbindung über eine Außentreppe. Schlafzimmer mit Bad und Küche haben Bodenheizung sowie Klimaanlage. Im Winter steht eine Heizstrahler im Wintergarten zur Verfügung.

Paula ist eine großräumige hochwertige Villa ca. 2km über dem Meer bei Opatija in Pobri. Beheizter Pool von April - Oktober. 4 Zimmer, 3 Bäder, großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich und 3 Terrassen. Innen voll klimatisiert. Meerblick ab dem 1. OG. 2 Parkplätze. Zur Zeit sind Bauarbeiten im Umfeld möglich, diese wurden bereits bei der Preisgestaltung berücksichtigt.
