Fieldside View 2 - 3 min drive to Lake District

Affordable, superb, ground floor, self catering holiday apartment in the beautiful village of Bothel, Cumbria. Offering one double bedroom, a cosy and modern lounge/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and everything you need for a holiday. It is a real home from home that also has good WIFI access, off street parking, wonderful private views overlooking open fields and is also dog friendly. This hidden gem provides a couples retreat with use of private hot-tub. Offering peace and tranquillity in a spacious modern setting. The Barn and adjoining house are over 300 years old the property being a former Gincase We are located in a small hamlet yet close to the local ammenities found in Cockermouth, Carlisle and the Harbour Town of Maryport, ideal for exploring the Solway Firth with views over to Scotland with its beautiful sandy beaches or perfect for visiting the Lakes and Fells.

Lake District Holiday Lodge with views of Skiddaw

Forest View Lodge is situated on a quiet site, which is located right on the Lake District National Park border, making it an excellent base for exploring the Lakes . The site has no amenities, however there is a garden centre tea room next door and a pub in the next village. Cockermouth is 10 minutes, Keswick 25 mins. The lodge sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms, both en-suite. There is a fully-equipped modern kitchen, and the decking is perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day exploring.

In beautiful Blindcrake Village, with stunning views of Skiddaw, the Barn is the perfect place to stay with family & friends, cycle the lakes… bag some Wainwrights… Bedrooms: 2 doubles, 2 family, 2 mezzanines (in total, sleeps 13). Large open plan communal areas. Drying room. Cockermouth 4miles (shops/pubs/restaurants/cafes) Keswick 13miles Bassenthwaite Lake 5miles Garden, space for bikes/kayaks, bbq, dartboard (bring your own darts!) Dog friendly (not in the bedrooms please).

We would like to welcome you to our comfortable pet friendly accommodation in the heart of West Cumbria a short distance from Keswick , Penrith and Carlisle. We are situated on the edge of a small community village which boasts a local pub and only a 5 minute drive to the local town with amenities to include shops, cafes and take aways together with a train station. A perfect base for walkers and sightseeing. 2 or more by agreement off road parking spaces are readily available. .

Cedar wood lodge with stunning rural views.

Our cedarwood lodge has been designed and built for our family and friends to use when they visit. It is in a rural setting about 4 miles outside the market town of Cockermouth but is actually located in the Lake District National Park with stunning views over the fells, Binsey, Skiddaw, Bassenthwaite Lake and Keswick. The lodge has been designed to make the most of those idyllic views and is a retreat for anyone wanting to relax, unwind and enjoy our “world Heritage” status.

The hut is set in the middle of a family farm, forget about your busy lives and sit back and relax in this peaceful location ideal for a romantic retreat, with views up the Lorton valley ,cozy up into front of the wood burning stove and plan your adventure for the next day. The hut has no electricity but has solar lights, and a separate composting toilet, all bed linen is provide along with wood for the stove. A breakfast hamper will be delivered to your door in the morning

Lakes cottage with stunning view & private hot tub

Welcome to Highside a delightful cottage set in a secluded location overlooking the tranquil village of Lorton. Dating back to 1695 (as engraved on the fireplace in the kitchen), the cottage retains many original features but has been sympathetically modernised. The cottage resides within our farm, Terrace Farm with open countryside and panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells and numerous Wainwrights including Melbreak, Whiteside, Low Fell, Hopegillhead to name but a few.

Livingstone's Lodge, Lake District

Offering panoramic countryside views, and well-positioned for hiking trails and a range of amenities, this wonderful property makes the perfect base for exploring Cumbria and the Lake District. The holiday cottage is very comfortable with lounge sofas - both of which are sofa beds - a kitchen with the extras of a dishwasher and washing machine. Wifi is included along side a smart TV. Outside, there is decking with furniture, surrounded by impressive meadow views.

Laal Cwtch: Dog friendly house; the Lake District

A fab dog-friendly upside down house with amazing views of the lake district fells. A great open plan house for chilling or catching up with friends and family. 3 comfortable bedrooms, two additional sleeping areas (a day bed and a sofa bed). Great for walking and outdoor adventures, and 20 minutes drive from the sea. Easy linked to the beautiful gem town of Cockermouth, cultural Keswick, and bustling Carlisle as we are just off the main A road.

Swan Cottage - 5 min drive to the Lake District

A welcoming 2-bedroom cottage in the village of Bothel, ideal for couples and small families.
