The villa is located right on the beach in a peaceful area under amazing pine trees. It is part of a private gated community with 24 hour security and private parking. It is fully furnished and boasts a great private outdoor patio with barbeque and beautiful garden. It has private gazebo and sunbeds on the beach. The apartment has a cozy design and is fully equipped with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen, and a balcony with sea view from the 5th floor. The apartment has Air-Conditioned, WiFi, Parking, etc. You find nearby most of Durres restaurants, bars, activities, transportation, and the beach which is a 1 min walk from the apartment.

The apartment is located in city center, between the sea and the historical architecture, a perfect base for exploring the city. Close to most popular shops, bars and restaurants. A short 2 to 3 minute walk from the City Square, Amphitheater and Epidamn Boulevard. Five minutes walk from Vollga Promenade. You can reach the beach for 2 min by car or 10 min by foot.
