Beautiful villa in the best location in Marbella: 4 minutes driving or 20 minutes walking to Puerto Banus and its beautiful beach, 100 meters from the big supermarket Mercadona and many restaurants and pubs, and next to a bus stop. Private and quiet, it has a garden and swimming pool with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. The villa has a heated pool with an additional cost of: - The months of November, December, January, February and March are 350 euros per week. - The months of April, May, September and October are 300 euros per week. Due to its high energy cost, the heated pool has to be taken throughout the week. Charming villa just 5 minutes drive from the old town of Marbella and 7 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Marbella. The villa has 550 m2 built and 1300 m2 of garden.
