Lovely house with private pool in Burriana!

Welcome! This villa is located in the popular area of Burriana in Nerja, just 700 meters from the beach. "Pueblo Jerez", as the house is called, offers air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool and a view of a green area and beautiful mountains. The towncenter and Balcon de Europa are 1.8 km away and has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is a Weber charcoal grill to use. Pets are welcome, but smoking is not allowed. The accommodation consists of two apartments, the larger of which is on two floors. The lower floor includes a kitchen, an open-plan living room and a terrace with a view of the green area. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for two people. There is also a fireplace and Smart TV. On the upper level there is a bedroom with a double bed, an "en suite" bathroom and terrace with a view. The smaller apartment is just as well equipped, although everything is on the same floor. Kitchen and living room in one with a terrace facing the green area outside. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for two people. Here is also a fireplace and Smart TV. The bedroom has a double bed and an "en suite" bathroom. The new renovated ancient townhouse with private pool is situated in the old part of Frigiliana in one of the most charming streets. The house has several terraces with spectaculair sea and nature views. The house offers a spacious livingroom with fireplace, big sofa, dining table, relax chairs and desk. Agradable casa en el corazón de Frigiliana.La casa dispone de tres plantas,la del medio está la cocina,salón más sala de estar y un pequeño baño.La planta baja hay un dormitorio de matrimonio un baño con ducha y un pequeño espacio con cama individual, la planta altera dispone de dormitorio de matrimonio, baño con ducha y una terraza con hermosas vistas al mar y al campo .La casa no tiene piscina pero a pocos metros está la piscina municipal donde en los meses de verano se puede disfrutar .

CASA EN EL CENTRO HISTORICO

Casa tipica de pueblo en el centro historico, a dos minutos andando del Balcon de Europa, Plaza de España, Museo de la Cueva... a pocos minutos andando de las playas centricas(Calahonda, El Salón , la Caletilla). Ubicada en la calle peatonal principal del pueblo rodeada de comercios... Capacidad para 6 personas, con tres plantas,dos dormitorios, sala de estar, baño completo, terraza con solárium, cocina equipada con lavavajillas,vitro, lavadora...,patio. Parkin publico de pago cerca.

Villa Eden Nerja

The holiday home ‘Villa Eden Nerja’ is located just a short walk from the beach and boasts a mountain view. The spacious, 2-storey house consists of a living room with a fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning in every room (with warm air too) and satellite TV. 2 baby cots and a highchair are also available upon request.

Het ruime terras met 6 ligbedden ,buitendouche, barbecue en privé verwarmd zwembad (3,5 m op 7 m) heeft volledige privacy en zicht op de bergen . De ruime kamers, badkamers en leefruimte met open keuken zijn stijlvol ingericht. Residence La Ola Nerja heeft alles om van een fijne vakantie te genieten.

Preciosa casa con vistas al mar y montaña

Situada a 15 minutos del aeropuerto,con magníficas vistas. Se cobra una fianza de 500€ que será devuelto a la finalización y se incluye un gasto de luz de 20kw día.Si el consumo es mayor se cobrará aparte. Está prohibido que entren en la casa personas que no sean los huéspedes así como realizar fiestas y ruido que molesten a los vecinos. No está permitido fumar en el interior

La casa está abierta al mar y al paisaje. En la primera planta predomina el diseño contemporáneo. Las habitaciones están ubicadas en el segundo piso, con un enfoque minimalista e isleño. Tercera planta y Loft, se trata de un espacio abierto de influencia oriental. Vivienda vacacional registrada en la Consejería de Turismo y Deporte para tales fines. VFT/GR/00318
