Our South Akumal home is BEACHFRONT with beautiful ocean views. The home features 4 bedrooms - all with OCEAN VIEWS - and each bedroom has it's own bathroom, an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. New swimming pool beach side with furnished pool deck, eating area and lounge chairs. There is a beachside balcony that runs the length of the house. The rooftop observation deck is ideal for lounging, and taking in the beautiful views. Great on-site features: 3 kayaks, 2 SUP, snorkeling, hammocks.

BEACH FRONT ! In the heart of tulum beach road. Open your bedroom window and step into the sand.... It's doesn't get better than this. Luxury is a morning coffee, facing the water at sunrise and from your own place. The hardest choice is whether you will go for a morning dip first or coffee. The property holds a private beach, ideally located just between two famous hotels. At night you can wander around the beach road and all it's famous restaurants and shops. This property is a GEM.

San Francisco is our home away from home, and when the going gets tough back in the world, we dream of our own spot in Paradise on the beaches of the Mayan Riviera. What could be more perfect? Swim or snorkel in the Caribbean Sea just outside the back door. Or, if you prefer, take a dip in the freshwater pool. Still too much effort? A siesta in the hammock between palm trees might be just what you need. We love our place in the sun and would like to share it with you!

Hermosa villa a tan solo 23 min de Playa del Carmen! En el corazón de la selva maya, donde la arquitectura se funde con la naturaleza para lograr un espacio único e inigualable, especial para que tú y tu familia se relajen en un ambiente sereno y natural.
