Downtown Baton Rouge and LSU are about 20 minutes away so if you’re planing to watch a game or enjoy the city it is a little bit of a drive. There's also a simple walking trail that goes to an over view of the Comite River. It takes 5 or 10 minutes to walk and can be challenging for small children but will be enjoyable for out door lovers.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom place. Just 20 minutes for Baton Rouge and 5 minutes from several restaurants and grocery stores. Please be aware that if your in town for an event in Baton Rouge, the traffic crossings the bridge from 3:00pm -6:30:pm will cause a 1 to 1-1/2 hour delay. Morning traffic is not an issue.
