In 2023 my son Guglielmo and I decided to restore the old oratory of a church from the 1600s by creating a two floor apartment: upstairs we have 2 bedrooms equipped with AC and 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower; downstairs a spacious living room with stereo Available a table outside with great view and a nice garden 50 mt away where to have a private wine tasting for all the guests of our 4 apartments We can organize barbecue with paired wines after 7 pm. Large free parking area 100 mt away

The apartment is centrally located in the upper part of town, only around the corner from the main square, in the limited traffic area. You can drive close by to download the luggage. The closest free car park is located at less than 10 minutes walk. Please note that to reach the house you need to walk a fairly steep street: it may not be ideal for those with mobility problems.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Casa Bonari - un paradiso per gli occhi

Casa Bonari è un appartamento indipendente su un unico livello all'interno di una villa ai piedi di Monticchiello. E' composto da 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina attrezzata e salotto. Le stanze sono luminose e arredate in stile toscano, con vecchi mobili di famiglia ristrutturati uniti ad elementi contemporanei. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e l'appartamento circondato su ogni lato da un grande giardino, così che tutte le stanze vantano un bellissimo panorama sulla campagna.

A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. In an ancient house from 1910, you can stay in a simple and cosy room with bath and kitchenet, whilst enjoying the romantic silence of the olive fields, vineyards and woods around you.

Luminoso bilocale con una romantica terrazzetta panoramica a livello per godersi la prima colazione al sole, l' aperitivo osservando il volo dei rondoni e la cena sotto le stelle. La casa si trova al secondo piano (senza ascensore) di un palazzo antico con cortile caratteristico nel centro storico in una posizione silenziosa, ma vicino a tutti i servizi. Dispone di una camera da letto, bagno con doccia, salotto con Smart-TV, divano-letto e angolo cucina.

La Casa all'Oliveto

Benvenuti nella "Casa all'Oliveto" situata in uno dei Borghi più belli d'Italia - Pitigliano; la casa ha un'ingresso indipendente ed è di recente ristrutturazione; è composta da una camera da letto (materasso e cuscini in memory), soggiorno e cucina completamente attrezzata, bagno con box doccia grande e patio esterno attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. La casa vacanza è situata a due passi dal centro storico, a circa 400-500 mt.

Tra natura e cultura

Il cottage ristrutturato in tufo, immerso nel verde, è situato al crocevia tra Umbria, Lazio e Toscana, a pochi minuti dal lago di Bolsena e a circa un'ora dal mare. A poco più di mezz'ora d'auto ci sono i più famosi stabilimenti termali d'Italia, come Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano e le Terme dei Papi a Viterbo, ideali anche in pieno inverno. Per turismo culturale e riposo.
