Modern Studio Hacienda Pinilla

We offer 2 new, safe and cozy studios within Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive premium gated community just 15 minutes away from the famous town of Tamarindo. Both studios have a kitchenette, open air shower and terrace. They are 5 minutes drive from 3 beautiful beaches and the JW Marriott Hotel. 2 adults and 1 child can sleep per studio (we can put a small extra bed). They can be rented separately or together. There is no pool on property but the Beach Club is 5 minutes drive away.

Casa Gungun- Villa Isabela

Casa Gungun is located at Villa Isabela, a 15.000 square meter ocean view property facing the pacific ocean at Playa Negra, Guanacaste. This 1 bedroom house has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub with a view. You can find everything you need to prepare a nice meal at our kitchen- living area, and after a surf session, hiking or mtb ride, you can chill at our jacuzzi appreciating the panoramic view. The house has a nice sofa with a 50"tv for a movie night. House for 2 people.

Enjoy my little casita. you have your own entrance. The accommodation is within our property where we live all year round. it is located in pinilla hacienda (in front of marriot hotel). 500m from the beach ( mansita, avellana, langosta). It is a secure site where you can park your car. We share our huge swimming pool (23 m long). In hacienda pinilla, You could enjoy in to play golf, pickeball, ride a bike, surfing (with additional costs). We also have a dog.
