Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles. Explore nearby coves from our kayaks, jump in the lake from our swimming platform, fish from our piers, or lounge by the campfire. Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

Sam Rayburn Lakefront Loft Escape - #1

A truly beautiful place to stay when fishing or boating on the lake or simply watching the sunrise from the patio. The Brackin House

The Brackin House is walking distance from the Hemphill City Park, minutes from anything & everything in Hemphill and just a few miles from many access points to Toledo Bend Reservoir. Our circle drive makes it easy to park or back your boat into one of the three covered stalls next to the house. The large living/dining/kitchen - open concept area, keeps everybody close enough to have a good visit. Sitting on The Brackin House front porch helps clear your mind for whatever comes next!

The Wright House

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard. This house is equipped with all the supplies you'll need for an easy stay, from kitchen equipment and dishes to linens and towels.

Perfect place for a fishing, hunting camp or just a get away. Gas, groceries, deli, donut shop and stores are within a mile. Located 18 minutes to (2) Six Mile Boat Launches and 23 minutes to Sandy Creek Boat Launch at Toledo Bend. Also, 10 Minutes to Mill Creek Boat Launch at Sam Rayburn Lake. Key lock box for check in and out. Plenty parking for boats. Note: If your GPS takes you close to the Pineland Airport, you’re 2 miles south of the Red House.

Awesome A-Frame house nestled on a farm near Sam Rayburn. Two Story, 1 bedroom upstairs with a King and Queen bed, 1 bath downstairs. Newly remodeled. Stay in and cook on the grill while enjoying the nature of the Piney woods by a fire pit, or make a short trip to any of several restaurants located nearby. We are near 3 boat ramps (Mill Creek, Twin Dikes, and Public) all within 6 miles. Visit the country club for golf, swimming, music and dancing.

Sweet Dreams

Our Sweet Dreams Guest Suite is all new, it’s spacious and completely comfortable. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on the main drive in Hemphill, close to everything you need from restaurants, gas stations, groceries, banks, and gym all near by. The lake is not far and we allow for boat parking. Unit is Smoke Free, No Pets and No Parties. Check in at 4 pm and check out by 10 am

Serenity at Sam Rayburn Shores (Lakefront)

Our guest suite is beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed, one with two twin beds, a full-size sofa bed in one of the living areas, a Jack and Jill bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, and an outdoor seating area with a fire pit and BBQ pit. Our guest suite is part of our lakefront house in the middle of beautiful evergreens. THE MAIN HOUSE will not be used while you are our guest.
