Located on a quiet street yet close to the main road and access to the Legacy Trail + Pompano pickle ball courts at the end of our street. 5 minutes to Pinecraft, local ice cream, restaurants & approximately 7 miles to Siesta Key and Lido Key Beach and 15 minutes to Sarasota airport.

Clean and Modern Sarasota Studio

Our studio is private, comfortable, stylish, & efficient. Whether you are coming for business or leisure, we are sure you will have everything you need. Our home is newer (built in 2020) and we designed this space specifically with Airbnb guests in mind. Our neighborhood is central to almost all of Sarasota! We were born and raised here, and in our opinion this area is central to everything! Whether you are headed to Siesta, Myakka State Park, or UTC mall, you won't be driving for long!

Botanical Bungalow at THE BAY

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located private apartment. The entire apartment is yours, with your own private driveway and entrance. Enjoy complementary bikes on the Legacy trail, just a few feet away. Pack your car with one of our coolers and some beach floats and travel less than 5 miles to Lido beach, or under 20 minutes to popular Siesta Key Beach. With your own bathroom, washer/dryer, and full kitchen, you'll have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

This comfortable, clean, and private studio apartment is the perfect spot to relax- whether you're here on business or you've spent the whole day on the beach! Recently remodeled with a dining table to take your meals, hot water, a comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchenette, you will be lacking nothing here. This apartment is a guest suite attached to the main living area of the home and is completely private, however there is a resident who lives in the main part of the home.

It is an apartment attached to the main part of the house, there are 3 apartments on the property, the apartment on the other side of this apartment is empty (MOST) of the summer, the back apartment is on the back side of the house, so you will have a peaceful stay.

The home stands out with its bright and airy design, brand new saltwater pool in the private backyard, and its breezy living room. The large master bathroom rain shower is perfect to wash off the leftover sand from the beach. You can also spend your evenings grilling out back or playing corn hole in the patio area.
