Charming artist patio house- Can Tòfol de Pina

Located in the rural inland setting of the Pla de Mallorca, and far from any tourist center. The house and patio have been carefully restored to recreate the original architecture, and provide an ideal location from which to explore rural Mallorca. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with wood-burning stove; and separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dressing room. The main bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor.

Son Real d'Alt es una mansión "antigua possessió mallorquina" que se remonta al siglo XV dedicada a la agricultura, rehabilitada en 2015 (respetando sus raíces y vistiéndola de modernidad) para poder dedicarla al alquiler vacacional, en ella se puede disfrutar de la auténtica Mallorca rural. Consta de 100.000m2 de bosque, campos y plantaciones, con una vivienda de 350m2 ubicada en lo alto de una colina con una extraordinaria vista a la Sierra de Llevant y sus maravillosas salidas del Sol.

El Niu (¨the little nest¨ in Mallorquin) is embedded in the greenery between ALGAIDA and RANDA, like a small nest. BOOKING POSSIBLE FOR AUTUMN AND WINTER as there is a nice new PELLET OVEN. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.
