We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay! The spacious rooms were perfect for relaxing, and the caretakers were incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. I had the pleasure of spending a day at Parag's place last week, and it was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in the lap of nature, the property offers a beautiful blend of simplicity and serenity. The minimalistic design complements the natural surroundings perfectly—every corner feels calm, uncluttered, and intentional. What truly stood out was the peaceful ambiance. The quiet was soothing, broken only by birdsong and the rustling of leaves. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, allowing you to simply be. Whether you're sipping tea on the porch or just taking a walk around the area, there's a deep sense of tranquility that stays with you. This little escape from the chaos of everyday life was exactly what I needed, and I’m already looking forward to going back. Highly recommended.

My recent stay here was amazing. The villa is located on the outskirts of Pune and is an ideal getaway for a weekend or longer. The villa is spacious, well maintained and clean. The splash pool is a great addition in this scorching summer heat and a great way to lounge and laze around and chill during hot afternoons and evenings. Ganesh was really helpful from the day the booking was confirmed all the way till the end. He made sure we were comfortable and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. He was always available to answer any questions and address any needs we had during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle. It offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

Great place.

The place was fantastic and the caretaker did help all the guests staying at the property with all the requirements. The host has maintained the property very well and has also made sure that all the guests staying at his property feel at home. Whatever was requested was all presented on time and there were no unusual surprises for all the guests which was the best part of the entire stay. This is a property that I would recommend to all our knowns.

We all enjoyed our outing @ Bella Vista. The property has beautiful views of mountains & backwater of the Khadakwasala dam. The roads from Kudje onwards, including within the property are so good that , one can reach within one hour from central Pune. The area is full of greenery ( mostly teak) & very serene. The walk near the property leads to a temple & is really rejuvenating. The property is in a very good condition, has hugh 4 bedrooms with big size well equipped bathrooms, with balconies & a huge terrace. The caretaker couple cooks simple but delicious homely food, & the couple is always welcoming. We enjoyed thoroughly our stay . Its one of the rare gems. Some of our suggestions, these are not complaints, though. 1. The property direction signs are must, as it gets confusing. 2. The property entrance get can be a bit bigger. The owner family was very helpful , not only in deciding the menu, but was helpful when one of our friends, left his keys at Bella Vista. A 4.5 out of 5 surely.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the villa's spaciousness, which was ideal for accommodating our family. The rooms were well-appointed and generously sized, allowing each member of our group to have their own comfortable space. The ample living area provided a cozy environment for us to relax and spend quality time together. It was evident that the villa was designed with families in mind, as there was plenty of room for everyone to move around freely.

The place was nice. Clean and comfortable for accommodating six persons for two nights. Kitchen was well equipped with required amenities. Our queries were well attended to and were promptly resolved. Won’t hesitate to recommend this stay to my friends in future.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The heated plunge tub was the best part, and the vibe of the whole place was so peaceful. It actually felt like a real escape. Would 100% come back :))

We enjoyed the stay at this property. It has all the listed amenities and the staff is really polite and helpful. The pool is of a great size and one would enjoy all the different pockets of seating areas across the property!!

Our stay at this StayVista villa was amazing! The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with ultra-luxury features that made our stay truly special. The caretakers were extremely polite and helpful. The private pool and massive jacuzzi were absolute highlight of our stay. The private bar and karaoke setup were good for our personal vacation time. The villa had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend to people looking for a place to relax, celebrate, or just enjoy time with your group in style.

Rubina is a fantastic host! We had such an incredible trip. Right from booking until check-out and beyond, she was communicative, friendly, and helpful! The property is absolutely lovely - super beautifully decorated and very well maintained with a lot of thoughtful additions - for example, if you go into the pool, the caretakers will give you additional pool towels without even asking. In the night, in the outdoor area, the caretakers turned on some really nice colourful lights for us too. The attention to detail, the food, the host - everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

Monarch Resort The Royal Retreat is a very nice property. From check in to check out, Meghraj and his team took good care of us. Our ages ranged from 2 to 80 but everyone felt at home. The resort has a nice swimming pool, pool table, TT table and cricket nets and everyone had something to do. Our activities went on till 2 am but no one told us that we need to stop. And that says a lot.

Very Beautiful and Serene Nature Retreat in Pawna with lakeview. It's a beautiful escape from the city life. It was a great experience overall.

Great place. Great caretaker and great food. The property location is fabulous. Once you reach, you won’t want to come back while the memories are etched for a long time when you leave the place. The property is chic and the garden in front is spacious and loaded with Colours of different hue and shades of the flowers. The lake adjoining the property adds to the calmness of the ambience. The food prepared by the caretaker family is superb and sumptuous. We stayed for a day but wished we stayed more. Great place for a family get together or a couple looking for serenity from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world. Strong recommendation to go there for a different experience very different to an experience that you get from a resort. We wanted to cut off from general people and be there with the nature and this farm experience gave us exactly that. Thanks and wish to be back sooner than later with wider family.

I had an amazing stay at this villa. The location was perfect - close to local attractions and amenities, yet quiet and peaceful. The villa was beautifully decorated and very clean, with comfortable beds and high-quality amenities. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I highly recommend this villa and can't wait to come back!

We were 6 friends all girls, visited this place in Mar'25. Sanket was very well responsive and he attended to all our queries timely. The place is beautiful and the surroundings are very scenic. The highlight was the pool.. we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. The caretaker Lokesh did an awesome job. We had a delicious breakfast to end our trip.. overall it was a big hit. Thank you for making our trip memorable !

The property looked exactly like in pictures and had a lot of amenities. It also had a volley ball court and a small gazebo with rain dance arrangements which was an absolute surprise and lots of fun. The staff were great and very helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by paddy farms. Bird calls and peacock calls wake you up in the morning. Enjoyed freshly cooked , tasty meals. Enjoyed the walking trails outside. Kids enjoyed the private pool and playing with the friendly dogs ,feeding the fish and tortoise in the well etc. The hosts setup karaoke for us which was fun. The pool side cabins are beautiful. Rustic place just a short drive out of Pune. Friendly , hospitable staff catered to our every need. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway with friends or family.

It was a great stay. We loved the jacuzzi and awesome video songs collection.
