Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr schönen und zentralen Lage beim Strand. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, hell und sauber. Wir waren dort zu viert und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im fünften Stock, das Haus ist allerdings mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet und stellt daher kein Problem dar. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

L’appartamento di Jay è uno dei AirBnB più belli che io abbia mai visitato. Dotato al 100%, ristrutturato e con un terrazzo bellissimo dal quale abbiamo visto perfettamente le stelle cadenti e il cielo stellato. Conflenti è un piccolo paese immerso nella natura, dove ci siamo svegliati con gli uccellini. Jay è stato molto antenato e molto gentile, dal momento del nostro arrivo al momento della nostra partenza. Angela e Mariano, i suoi collaboratori in paese, sono stati gentilissimi e pronti sempre ad aiutarci e guidarci. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza veramente calabrese. PS: Fate una bella doccia nel bagno della stanza principale: Non vi pentirete della vista alla montagna.

Soggiornare da Chiara per noi e’ stato molto rilassante. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con gentilezza e simpatia, guidandoci subito nel suo “Piccolo Rifugio” dove ogni cosa ogni particolare richiama alla mente la parola armonia sapientemente distribuita dalla sensibilità di Chiara. Nella frenesia (dovuta ai nostri continui spostamenti) dei giorni seguenti è sempre stato un immenso piacere tornare in questa oasi di quiete e tranquillità impreziosita dalle costanti attenzioni di Chiara sempre pronta ad elargire gustosi e graditissimi doni, frutto della nostra bella Calabria. Fabio's apartment, and the city of Crotone, has been our favorite stop after over five weeks of traveling in southern Italy! The apartment is in the perfect location to explore both the gorgeous old city and get to the beautiful beaches. The people working in the restaurants and bars around were so kind and welcoming, too, which meant a lot! And Fabio himself was even kinder - he always went the extra mile, be it in helping us get to the apartment after arriving on Easter Sunday or patiently answering our questions about the city, it's culture, and it's history! I can't recommend it enough!

Modern und sehr saubere eingerichtete Ferienwohnung , direkt am Strand/Meer. Ausblick ist sensationell. Francesco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber,der sehr bemüht ist ,den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Für Fragen und Wünsche hat er immer ein offenes Ohr. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Siamo stati ospiti della proff Filomena nella primavera che sboccia. La sua casa è immersa in un piccolo parco recintato in cui convivono alti pioppi e alberi da frutto. Magnifiche giornate soleggiate ci hanno accompagnato alla scoperta del Parco e un caldo focherello ci accoglieva ristoratore al rientro, insieme alle leccornie che la nostra host ci aveva lasciato nel più puro spirito di ospitalità. L’atmosfera è magica! La nostra cagnolona Cora, ammaliata, ha apprezzato i croccantini lasciati per lei e si è goduta una grande libertà protetta! La casa è perfettamente attrezzata sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Pulitissima e super accogliente. La posizione è invidiabile sotto ogni aspetto e la conoscenza del territorio di Filomena ci hanno fatto godere al massimo quel poco tempo che avevamo preventivato, ma abbiamo già prenotato per il viaggio di ritorno per un soggiorno più lungo. Filomena ci ha offerto davvero un mondo incantato e ricco di affettività! Grazie e a presto!

Le Fratte is a wonderful site with lots of plants and this house a gem! Bigger, more beautiful and cozy than on the pictures we spend here some wonderful days and didn't mind some of them to be rainy at all, as one could still sit on the huge covered terrace and enjoy the view. The beaches right in front of the site are beautiful, but require at least some basic fitness to get down to and up from. There's a big beach next to the porto touristico not far away that should be easily accessible for everyone though. The Ristorante in the village, Le Pagoda, was still opened in late October, which we almost didn't expect, so in case you don't want to use the kitchen (which has all the basics and much more so you're ready to cook) once in a while, there's a surprisingly good option to eat out (try the swordfish carpaccio) just a 5 minute walk away. 10/10 would definitely go back again.
