The Burke Ranch Bunkhouse !

Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Lake Area Loft Ranch Cabin & Entertainment Patio!

Your Fall River Lake adventure begins at this ranch-style loft cabin built in 1872 w/large outdoor patio/kitchen! With a king master bed, 2 queen beds in the loft, and a sunroom sofa bed, there's plenty of space for family gatherings, hunting trips or weekend getaways for that special couple. Enjoy serene surroundings and amenities like WiFi, 2 Smart TVs, AC/heat and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful sunsets await with lush woods & only a 1/2 mile walk to fishing or boating on Fall River Lake!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A fenced yard will keep the family safe and young children contained. Features a large deck for entertaining and a large concrete patio for the kids to play or ride bikes. There is a concrete storm shelter that will seat ten adults. Plenty of onsite parking. The Ranch House has a big beautiful manicured yard. Cattle roam right up next to the properties fence. A short walk down the road is a babbling creek. A quiet, beautiful, setting to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

College Hill Cottage in Winfield--Entire apartment

Located in Winfield's College Hill neighborhood, the first floor apartment is walking distance to Southwestern College, Grace Methodist Church, and College Hill Coffee, and a short drive everywhere else in town. Built in 1885, this house combines antique charm with modern comforts. KING bed in the main bedroom, QUEEN bed in the second bedroom, and a rollaway cot available. New carpet and newer furnishings throughout.

This little cabin is so cute and comfy! Have your morning coffee on the front porch and watch the hustle of everyone else while you prepare for your day! If you're driving a big rig, there is plenty of room to drive through without having to back up! We also have RV plug if you just want a spot to stop for the night and plug in! The heating and air is a 'mini split' (like the motel units)....
