The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Guesthouse Paradies Samerberg - ein magischer Ort.

Unser Guesthouse liegt absolut ruhig u uneinsehbar am Dorfrand von Törwang mit uneingeschränktem Blick auf die Hochries und ins Inntal. Im Sommer 2020 wurden 2 Niedrig-Energie-Holzhäuser aus heimischen Hölzern komplett schadstofffrei erbaut. Ein Ort des Loslassen, des Durchatmens. Mit eignem Garten u Süd-West-Terrasse. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schreinerküche, Esstisch und Schlafsofa mit Federkern-Matratze (200 x 160 cm) und einem Schlafzimmer & Bad mit Dusche.

Inspiration - Seeblick, Terrassen, Privatgarten

Genießen Sie den Ausblick in dieser ruhigen (Ende der Straße, neben Feldern) und zentral (7 min. zu Fuß in den Ort, 10 min. zum See) gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Terrasse vor der Küche, mit Blick auf den See, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die zweite Terrasse vor dem Wohn-/Schlafraum, zu einem "Sundowner" bei Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, Seeblick und Lagerfeuerromantik. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Garten. Ein kostenloser, videoüberwachter Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Gemütliches neues Haus nahe Salzburg

Unser gemütliches, neu renoviertes Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit eigenem Eingang in Hallein. Es bietet eine Wohnfläche von 150 m² und somit Platz für Gruppen oder Familien bis zu 8 Personen. Das Haus liegt 4km von Hallein und nur 7 km von der Festspielstadt Salzburg entfernt und ist von der naheliegenden Bushaltestelle ( 400m ) schnell erreichbar. Für Sportler Sportzentrum Rif ist 2km vom Haus entfernt Parkplätze für ihre Autos, stehen ihnen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Die Wohnung haben wir auf einzigartiger Weise selbst geplant und gebaut . Sie liegt sehr zentral und doch in ruhiger Lage. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist wenige Meter hinter unserem Haus. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man das Stadtzentum. Wir sind im Mittelpunkt unzähliger namhafter Skigebiete (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) aber auch im Sommer ist dadurch sehr viel geboten!
