15 Fisher's Paradise on Lake Saluda w Boat Ramp

Stay at Saluda Lake Landing in this unique lakefront property getaway that has a house, cafe, boat ramp, and dock. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. Please be aware that our employees will be around the property during normal working hours. If you are planning to bring your furry friend with you please reach out prior.

Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. This roomy terrace apartment is located on a lake in a woodsy neighborhood. Beautiful lake views and a relaxing, quiet environment are yours to enjoy. Walks in the woods along the paths or on country roads will delight you with the natural beauty of this setting. Many birds such as the Great Blue Heron roost in trees by lake and fish from our bulkhead. Yet it is located just 15 minutes from bustling downtown Greenville, the Peace Center or Furman University and 30 minutes from Clemson.

Lake Hartwell house w/ dock 2 miles from Clemson.

This is a simple, comfortable, recently renovated home for Clemson fans and lake vacationers. Decor is vintage/antique. It is 3 1/2 miles to stadium entrance. We have a deep water cove with fire ring, decks, dock, and stairs to gangway, parking for 6 cars, woods and lake on 3 sides, a variety of restaurants nearby. Clemson Marina is next cove over. Clemson golf course across the lake. We are PET FRIENDLY with a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee. Read the house rules concerning pets.

At the RR your close to it all (5-15 by car ) to hartwell lake, tiger town, Clemson university, shopping, restaurants , sunset views etc. Waiting for you back at the space is 1 bedroom featuring a full size bed, 1 bathroom fully stocked, small kitchen w/ pots+pans and a cozy living space with games, dvds, fireplace and tv provided. Outside , Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor games, a fire or an afternoon grill out on the porch along w/a bbq grill. Kayaks are available upon request
