Stay at Saluda Lake Landing in this unique lakefront property getaway that has a house, cafe, boat ramp, and dock. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB with privacy.
