Our 4 bedroom house is at Red Rocks Beach in Cowes. Whether for summer days at the beach or for a cosy winter stay with our heated swim spa, it has everything for a 1 or 2 x family stay, a romantic getaway or a weekend away with friends or pets all year round. Red Rocks is also the best base on Phillip Island - literally across the road to the beach and bush trails, while only 5-10 mins by car to the Penguins, the Surf beaches and the Race Track. Yallumbee Beach Studio is a beautiful, spacious retreat just 5 minutes walk to Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. The studio is a newly renovated space, detached from the main property, that gives your own space to call home with the added benefits of a sunny deck, pool access and a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ area. A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

Sunsets can be enjoyed from the house's atrium. Four bedrooms sleep up to twelve guests. The house offers three bathrooms and two lounge areas. Unwind in the sauna or play on the table tennis table or private tennis court. Dip in the small indoor pool 4m x 2m (it is NOT a spa). The perfect luxury getaway.

A fantastic way to camp comfortably, these Pods are fully furnished with an ensuite and contain a queen size bed, microwave, bar fridge, kettle, TV, patio furniture and bathroom. Please note, this Glamping Pod is situated in a quiet Holiday Park in Wonthaggi. This means you'll be able to use some great facilities, free of charge including: BBQ, camp kitchen and an indoor heated pool!
