Unsere Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoß hat eine Größe von 30 qm und besteht aus einem gemeinsamen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit einer integrierten Küchenzeile, die komplett ausgestattet ist: Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine (m. Filter), Wasserkocher, Toaster. Spülmittel und Geschirrtücher sind vorhanden. Geräumiges Bad mit Dusche, WC, Föhn, Lüftung und Luftentfeuchter. Außerdem stehen für deine Wäsche Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen bereit.

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
