Je tam aj velikanska zahrada kde sa mozu deti vyblaznit a zahrat si bedbinton , futbal,nahanacku. Maringotka je velmi utulna a prijemna. ked tam budete zapocuvate sa do krasneho stebotu vtakov Uvidite odtial cely Pezinok.Nadichate sa cerstveho vzduchu. My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

A peaceful place to relax in the vineyards with a private sauna🔥 The container can be heated in winter and you can relax in any weather. There is everything you need, including a cold shower, toilet, sofa bed and even a small refrigerator. Enjoy the silence of nature in solitude under the forest and watch the stars ✨ in the sky, drinking wine 🍷or get up for the sunrise.🌄 You can get here by car on a dirt road. If you don't dare to go all the way up by car, you can park below and walk up 300m.

Lovely EMU house with sauna 15 km from Bratislava

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

Indipendent apartment with a private garden, right in the heart of the wine village of Šenkvice. Located in a quiet location, it is facing the courtyard of the family house. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a large double bed and a sofa bed and a bathroom. Parking is available on site. Close proximity to the train station (5 min walk) with excellent connections to nearby towns (Bratislava, Trnava, Pezinok). Good local wines offer on site.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Vybavenie apartmánu: - 2x veľký a 2x malý uterák - sprchový gél, šampón, - čistiace prostriedky - káva, čaj Apartmán sa nachádza na začiatku Bratislavskej mestskej časti Záhorská Bystrica. Dostupnosť je 2 minúty pešo od autobusovej zastávky (Krče), 20min. autobusom z hlavnej stanice, 15min. autom

Dom v záhrade s romantickou saunou na drevo

Ubytovanie, ktoré poskytuje absolútne súkromie. K dispozícii je sauna na drevo a ochladzovacia kaďa. V dome je vybavená kuchyňa, obývačka s rozkladacou pohovkou, spálňa a wellnes relaxačná miestnosť s východom do záhrady a sauny. Wifi a káblová televízia je samozrejmosťou. Vo výbave sú plachty do sauny, osušky, župany, relaxačná hudba, knihy, esenciálne oleje na aromaterapiu. Parkovanie je zdarma na verejnom parkovisku pred domom. Domáce zvieratá sú povolené po dohode.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
