Short drive to Cookson Bend Marina and The Deck (music, food and drinks). Plenty space to park your boat. Enjoy fishing, boating or float the Illinois river in Tahlequah. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

"Changes in Latitude = Changes in Attitude" Nestled in the hills of Lake Tenkiller you will find the perfect retreat for boating, fishing, hiking, or just relaxing. "Latitude Adjustment" is located at Carlisle Cove and is only 1000 feet from the water/boat ramp. It is only minutes to Cookson Marina, The Deck, Nautical Adventures Scuba, Sixshooter Marina, and the Cookson Airport.
