Welcome to Quercus Residence, a spacious 58-square-meter one-bedroom apartment in the serene village of Tudorovići, offering stunning views of Sveti Stefan and the Budva Riviera. Enjoy the panoramic Adriatic Sea views from your private terrace, making this apartment an ideal escape for couples or small families. We have 4 apartments of the same kind in our villa. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for extra guests. The apartment has a small coffee kitchenette and offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Guests can also enjoy the shared, unheated infinity swimming pool with panoramic sea views, available from April until October.

Petrovac Stylish Sea-View 2-bdr Apartment

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Modern furnished two bedroom with sea-view and cozy outdoor eating area. In a quiet part of Petrovac with a fantastic view from the terrace and living area, but still an easy 10-15 minute walk to Petrovac beach and the stores. Top floor apartment with three flights of stairs, so not recommended for mobility issues. Importantly, you have your own secure inside garage spot, as well as parking spots outside the apartment.

Villa Sofia was built in an ambient, rustic style; "Paštrovski style", located 2.5 km from Petrovac in a quiet part of Kruševica, 1250 m as the crow flies to the sea, at an altitude of 300 m. The villa is located on a plot of 588m2, paved with rustic stone, with a separate access to garages for 5 vehicles. Guests have at their disposal a 3 living rooms with a kitchens and a dining room with exit to the 2nd terrace, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a 32m2 swimming pool.

Sea view apartment is located on the third floor and it's an air-conditioned unit with a specious terrace. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms: one with king-size bed, and the other with two single beds and a corner sofa-bed with a balcony. There is a living room with a couch-bed, an arm chair and a flat screen TV. It has its own bathroom with cosmetic accessory and a hairdryer. Free high- speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Villa Zen Hill is located in Buljarica , new home of Sea dance festival, one of the biggest and most beautiful beaches of Montenegrin coast. Elegant Villa where luxurious comfort dominates designed in contemporary minimalist style with Mediterranean spirit influenced in every detail. Villa features with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 full size kitchen ,1 dining room, 3 balconies and outdoor swimming. There is also private parking place for our guests.
