The modern full bathroom downstairs is flooded with natural light. Upstairs is an extra sleeping/hang-out space - a bit tight, but cozy - with a half bath. Sofa bed is downstairs, but in the cooler months, twin sofa bed option upstairs as well. Secluded side-yard deck or front porch allows guests to enjoy the outside in private.

Two blocks from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park, this duplex has been recently renovated and is a perfect spot for checking out everything in Austin. Walking distance to the TownLake Trail, some really great restaurants and shopping. Nice side deck for outside eating/grilling with a good size fire pit and large table with chairs. Another private deck off the back bedroom overlooking secluded tree covered yard. Includes three bedrooms, two queen beds and one king.
