Cosy and comfortable, it has a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living area with a luxury king size bed. It is within walking distance of the historic city of Bath with its spa, theatre, restaurants and other attractions. A cycleway is nearby which gives access to lovely local rides and walks. Not only do you have stunning gardens and woodland for children (and adults!) to escape to, but you are a 3 min drive /13 min walk to the heart of Bath. Two large reception rooms, one with huge ceiling to floor glass, and a full length balcony mean you will not want to leave!

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.

Our house is a cosy Georgian workers cottage with a small courtyard garden to the rear. It has two bedrooms (twin and double) and provides ample space for 4 guests. It is located just a couple of minutes walk from the train/bus station on a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The High Street has several great pubs and coffee shops! On top of this we are still only a short walking distance of less than 5 minutes from Southgate and the main tourist attractions.
