Historic Home by UofR,Apt 1 is Charming & Private

Our Riverside Apt. Sunny, 2 level apt, in rear of house, a short walk to the U of R with plenty of space/parking. One bedroom with lots of character as well as a futon in the living room in restored mansion on Mt. Hope. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spiral staircase, and 1 and 1/2 baths. It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. Enjoy Rochester from this historic mansion with tons of character and charm.

Spacious Renovated City Home - Averill House

Averill House was built in 1840 and completely renovated. This spacious, airy house features a large updated kitchen, two full baths, off street parking, a huge yard, and 3 bedrooms. A large front sun porch offers additional room for hanging out. The house offers vintage charm plus all the conveniences of today in a beautiful setting, convenient to many local amenities. Directly across the street from one of our other airbnbs, perfect for large families looking to stay close to each other.

This two bedroom ranch is at the end of a dead-end street bordering Farmington Park and my house in the North Winton Village. A mile from interstate 590.Walking distance to many diverse restaurants and Bars in the Merchants Road and North Winton Village area. Within a two-mile of the Public Market, Wegmans , Irondequiot Bay, George Eastman House, , Park Avenue and the East End Entertainment. Perfect for two people (max)or that solo traveler. 1845 School House in the Heart of Pultneyville

Fully renovated in the spring of 2021. According to the Pultneyville Historical Society, the first school, a small crude building, was built on this site in 1808. It burned in 1816 and was replaced by a larger schoolhouse. The cobblestone building was built in 1845 and served as a school until 1943 when the Williamson School District centralized. It is now a private residence. Notice the cobbles set at an angle. A metal bar circles the building as reinforcement — a modern addition.

Private studio apartment near UofR/RIT/airport

My place is close to the airport, multiple colleges, family-friendly activities, public transport. You’ll love my place because of the quiet privacy, the people, the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. There is a very good chance you will encounter two very friendly dogs in our yard. They do not go into your space. Patrick is a feisty 15 lb pup and JR. is our doodle puppy. Many great restaurants in the area.

Esten-Wahl Farm - Historic Landmark Victorian Home

The farm is 30 acres of pasture, woods and a stream - peaceful, yet within a bike ride to the village of Fairport and the Erie Canal. There is a small cottage hidden behind the historic barn where we live and care for the animals on the farm. Our guests' privacy is paramount and the farm is yours to wander and enjoy (including the pool and tennis court) as you wish! The pool is open mid-May through Mid-September.

Our Airbnb is a spacious 1400sq ft fully-furnished private walk-out basement. The space has all the basic amenities and comforts along side a 65in HD TV, ping-pong table, and a foosball table. Well equipped charming guest suite with a private entrance on the ground level with pool access. Conveniently located to many locale attractions. Our place is in a small neighborhood ( 72 homes) with side walks. The Rochester airport is East of us and about three miles away, Robert Wesleyan, RIT, and U of R are about five miles away.

Cozy but spacious (with hot dry sauna option)

Located in the North Winton Village area. Stand alone newly remodeled loft house in perfect condition. One bedroom loft, one bathroom on the first floor and two person dry hot sauna. full bath on second floor. Sleeps two comfortably. please note: I do have two doorbell cameras, front door and basement door.
