Large space and a cozy environment, while enjoying magnificent sea view, make your stay in Ionian Breeze Studio very comfortable. The plant filled balcony is adding to the calmness, while the scent of jasmine is filling the air. Part of a complex with 3 houses, in a quiet area, yet a very short drive to the main village Stavros. Afales beach is 800m far. Also close to the "School of Homer" Available in the winter months too, you will find the warmth of the wood stove lit, upon arrival.

Fetsis Apts,on the beach,literally!

It's right on the beach! All apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. They all have two rooms. The one room has a double bed with COCOMAT matress and the other room has two single beds. Every apartment has a furnished balcony/patio, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, and a bathroom with shower. All apartments share a big green yard with sun beds, garden tables, chairs, umbrellas and shower. Laura_Sea view Apartment_1 is a part of LAURA house-complex which includes totaly three accommodations . It is located between Lygia and Katouna village in a beautiful, and peaceful place which offers a great view of the sea. In a small distance you can have access to mini markets, bakery, greek taverns etc. Lefkada town is about 5km away (5 min by car) . The house offers self-catering accommodation. Also, the guests will have access to a shared swimming pool of 50 s.m. at the house complex.

Toulas Apartments

The apartment is located in the center of Nydri and is only 20m away from the beach. There are numerous restaurants, coffeehouses and supermarkets in walking distance. The apartment is really quiet and full of light. Next to it you have a terrace with a big table and chairs. Note that you need to get outside of the apartment to get to the terrace, however it is only for you even if it is next to another apartment. The bus station for the town bus is also very close (about 1 minute by foot).

Ο χώρος μας είναι ένα καινούριο διαμέρισμα νεόδμητης διπλοκατοικίας. Έχει χτιστεί με τα υψηλότερα στάνταρς ασφαλείας έτσι ώστε να σας παρέχει μια ασφαλέστατη και πολυτελή διαμονή. Βρίσκεται στο Νυδρί κοντά στον περιφερειακό δρόμο Λευκάδας Βασιλικής κάνοντας έτσι την πρόσβασή σας πάρα πολύ εύκολη και ξεκούραστη. Η απόσταση από το κέντρο του Νυδριού είναι 300 μέτρα και της θάλασσας είναι 700 μέτρα έτσι ώστε να μπορείτε να μετακινήστε ξεκούραστα με τα πόδια χωρίς προβλήματα.

Βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο του κτηρίου (υπερυψωμένο) με μπαλκόνι οπου μπορείτε να καθίσετε και να χαλαρώσετε .Το υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι.Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και μαγειρικά σκεύη. Είναι ιδανικό για δύο άτομα, μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει και τρίτο άτομο αφού στον χώρο της κουζίνας υπάρχει πολυθρόνα που γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι.

Στη μαγευτική τοποθεσία της Νικιάνας,που συνδυάζει βουνό και θάλασσα βρίσκεται η εξοχική κατοικία,με υπέροχη θέα του Ιονίου πελάγους που ξεκουράζει το μάτι και ηρεμεί την ψυχή.Έχει πρόσβαση σε μικρή παραλία,ενώ από τις παραλίες της γύρω περιοχής απέχει μόλις λίγα λεπτά.Απέχει 5χλμ από το Νυδρί και11χλμ από τη Λευκάδα. Άλλα στοιχεία που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε. Ο φόρος καταλύματος είναι 8 ευρώ την ημέρα και πρέπει να καταβληθεί σε μετρητά κατά την άφιξη.
