Come stay at Seas the Day and relax on your private balcony while taking in breathtaking, 6th floor views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We are located minutes from Pensacola NAS along with lots of other restaurants and shopping venues. We fell in love with this 6th floor, cozy condo with views that connect you to the sugar-white sand beaches and sparkling blue gulf waters. The condo is very quiet and easily accessible to the elevator, pool, ocean, grilling area and parking. HAPPY BEACHING!!

Top area in Orange Beach! Open floor plan with a kitchen cooks love. Quartz counters. SS Appliances. Primary bedroom features a large seating area with spectacular views, a bathroom everyone dreams of and an oversized King bed. The two-guest bedrooms share a full-size Bath with a shower tub combo. Downstairs has an open-air seating area always with a great breeze. The upper deck runs the width of the whole house with ample seating areas to dine, relax or sunbathe. Beach access is available.

The home is only about a 15 minute drive to the sugar sand beaches in Pensacola, 2 minutes to get onto I-110, and 5 minutes from vibrant downtown Pensacola where you can enjoy amazing restaurants and local shops! Come enjoy our cottage by the sea the BeachBum! Stay well and away from crowds while still enjoying your beach get away. Located in beautiful Morgantown neighborhood which includes 3 private beach access boardwalks and 1 public beach boardwalk. Also we have a golf cart parking area by one boardwalk and parking area by public board walk. Cook in our well stocked kitchen. Enjoy those beautiful sunsets. Nature trails , marina close by, wildlife. Short walk to beach on roads with little traffic.

Walk to your own private beach! Two pools and two party pavilions. Come and enjoy everything that Dauphin Island has to offer. Fun on white sand beaches, fishing, boating, fresh seafood, fun local restaurants and bars....biking, historic fort, estuarium and bird sanctuary walking trails....take the ferry to Fort Morgan if you are feeling adventurous....The Island is 6 miles long so bike or golf cart ride to everywhere you want to go....I call Dauphin Island "the Happiest Place in Alabama"
