There is a sitting room with a futon, and coffee bar which is equipped with a fridge, microwave, & kuerig.

The Hobbit House apartment is located on the 1st floor of this home with a 2nd guest apartment in the basement. We are minutes from PIA! *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* We are NOT a cannabis friendly property. Cozy with lots of character including the original squeeky hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, & a warm electric fireplace.
