A peaceful slice of our wonderful county (and recent film set of Hamnet), perfect for walkers and small market town explorers, ideal as a writers retreat or small family stay.

Herefordshire barn conversion

Take it easy and unwind in this spacious and serene home from home. Welcome to Oak Croft, a light and comfortable barn conversion with exposed beams and a log burner, in a peaceful hamlet in beautiful, rural Herefordshire. Oak Croft is a two-bedroom, self-contained get-away, perfectly positioned to relax and explore the stunning countryside, but close to Leominster, Hereford and other pretty market towns and villages, including Weobley where parts of the critically acclaimed Hamnet was filmed.

The Garden House

A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

Relax with family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Our 2 bedroom holiday home is located in beautiful northern Herefordshire, near the border with Shropshire. We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Comfortable village centre house

Walcote Mews is a small quiet cosy detached house, set back from the road in the grounds of Walcote Lodge. Located at the heart of the beautiful village of Pembridge you are 1 minute's walk from two characterful pubs, the village store and a great coffee shop. Situated on the Black and White trail, Pembridge is a wonderful base to view the area, whether you wish to visit historic towns such as Ludlow or enjoy a good walk. The Mortimer Trail and Offa’s Dyke Path are both within a few miles.

Tawny Owl Barn

Tawny Owl Barn is a 200-year-old, grade 2 listed, tastefully converted barn in the village of Leintwardine. A large garden is available for our guests which has a wildlife pond and waterfall and another barn with an open fire available for sitting around. Rooms are spacious, well furnished, and well-equipped. There is a large kitchen/diner and lounge plus two bedrooms with en-suites. A large lounge settee can also be used as a double bed. There are two pubs and shop within walking distance.

A holiday lodge in Eardisland, Herefordshire

Kick back and relax in the peaceful surroundings of beautiful Eardisland, part of the Black and White village trail. Eardisland Lodge is located on the edge of the village with gorgeous views over the countryside but only a few minutes walk from the 2 public houses, village shop and tea room. Orchard Barn

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
