Ένα ξεχωριστό σπίτι ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα, 12 χλμ. από την πόλη του Βόλου και δίπλα στις παραλίες του Νοτίου Πηλίου. An amazing apartment literally in front of the sea, for memorable summer vacation. Located between Volos and the Southern side of Pelion, access to both the city and several wonderful beaches is really easy. The apartment is on the 1st floor with an astonishing view of the Pagasetic gulf, ideal for couples and families who look for a peaceful place of exquisite beauty.

Located along the port of Volos, my apartment has a great view to the sea. It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

R-Studio apartment near the sea

Two studio apartments exactly next to each other, near the beautiful beach of Papanero in Pelion! Take a look at the photos to see more! They are located downstairs (the house upstairs is where i usually live!) in an oliveyard. From the house you can reach Papanero beach (5' on foot through a path) Agios Ioannis village(15'), Damouchari (10') and many more places.

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, nightlife, family-friendly activities, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
