Gravel Trail Getaway

Located less than 5 minutes from the Big Sugar Gravel Trail, this just over 800 sq foot uniquely designed space will be a fun and relaxing stay for the avid cyclist, motorcyclist, golfer or anyone wanting a space to unwind! The Gravel Trail Getaway offers a small garage for bike storage complete with workstation including basic tools, and bike wash items. Sit out back on the deck surrounded by trees and relax by the gas fire pit or take a stroll down to Sugar Creek while you enjoy your getaway!

The Fair House: Tiny Home on Price Coffee Rd.

Charming and unique, the Fair House has a lot to offer within a small footprint! Tall ceilings, a roomy loft, two bedrooms, and a full kitchen/bath - you will have all you need for a relaxing get-away. Located on beautiful Price Coffee Rd, our place is ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat that is still only minutes from downtown. Enjoy the large covered porch, fire pit, and 3 acres to spread out. Custom designed, the Fair House is a great place to relax for couples, families, or friends!

Stauss House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The Stauss House is close to local attractions and nightlife, but far enough away to be cozy. With town squares, bike trails, parks and plenty of restaurants nearby, there is something for everyone to enjoy. But should family night in be the plan, our spacious kitchen and living area make for a great experience. Combine that with a fenced in back yard, large back porch with a grill and hot tub, the whole family will be happy.

Bike Back 40 from house / Peaceful Home in Nature

Back 40 access is at the end of our street! Our cozy home gives you the choice to be in action: biking, hiking + exploring the local coffee culture/restaurants or to relax: listen to nature or read a book on the couch/outside. Full kitchen for cooking. Bike storage is in the backyard shed (we provide the key). Smart TV has Netflix only but you can log into your other accounts. No basic cable. *absolutely NO pets; we are allergic. NO smoking/parties on property please. This is our zen house.

A private "duplex" style unit: full bathroom, stocked kitchen, living area, queen bedroom, outdoor deck space, bike wash, and woodsy backyard that connects DIRECTLY to Bella Vista's Back 40. Women of the Woods is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes. No cats, no exceptions.

Small apartment with Murphy bed, attached to our garage, beautiful deck that is now enclosed with 4 seasons windows over valley and sunrises. JUST ADDED….semi private deck with gas Weber grill and large fire pit! 2 burner induction cooktop, apartment size fridge. This shares garage wall, not attached to our main living area. Smart tv, Starlink WiFi. About 8 minutes to Pea Ridge, 20 to Bentonville, Roger’s, and interstate 49.
