This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen futon bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. The partial kitchen has an electric burner, microwave, coffee pot, and a small combination oven/air fryer/toaster. Check us out! We think you’ll love it!

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. This cabin is located in The Greenes Campground and RV park and the cabin sits right on the creek so its elevated. you'll have to climb some stairs to come in but once you're here you won't wanna leave. We can get you on and off the water in our kayaks or yours. Bring your fishing poles, bikes for the trails, and let's have some fun.
