A beautiful, private retreat with a private backyard featuring a large mature tree that stands over 100 ft tall, surrounded by a large deck with seating for gatherings of any size. Cozy basement retreat in a quiet neighborhood, near restaurants, shops, and mountains. 15 min from BYU, 25 min from UVU, 45 min from Salt Lake, 30 min from 5th Water Hot Springs, 21 mi from Sundance. (Small family lives upstairs.) Due to a severe family allergy, we can’t host Service or Emotional Support Animals. Airbnb approved an exemption. Sorry for any inconvenience!
