Hibiscus Apartment

Άνετο διαμέρισμα με θέα στο Γάιο, τo μεγαλύτερο χωριό στους Παξούς. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, 200 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία, με εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ και καταστήματα σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση περίπου 400 μέτρων, ενώ πολλές άλλες παραλίες βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξοπλισμένο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, τουαλέτα με μπανιέρα, κλιματισμό, wi-fi, μεγάλο σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.

This brand new stone house manages to blend a mix of traditional and neoclassic styles into the perfect vacation "maison".Its open space layout is ideal for families while its size alone makes sure that you will feel spoiled.On a total of 165 m2 there are 2 very spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the top floor and an open plan full kitchen, dining room,living room,office space and bathroom on the ground floor. It is possible to rent it together with a separate cottage for 2 extra people

Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Levantes, is a beautifully renovated stone house that serves as a guest house of Villa Mevis. The room is located in the center of Paxoi island, close to the village Magazia. Due to its central location, it offers quick and easy access to all points of interest (beaches, villages). The property is surrounded by the scenery of olive groves and traditional masonry. The courtyard offers an amazing view to the Ionian Sea and Lakka Bay and is the ideal destination to enjoy a relaxed vacation.

Alba

Αφήστε πίσω κάθε έγνοια με αυτόν τον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο. Η βιλλα Alba ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα. Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

Family, or couples are welcomed at recently renovated ''Vintage House'' !!! Located in Gaios village, within a few minutes' walk from restaurants and bars and a 5-6-minutes from the nearest beach ! The self catering accomodation of Vintage House consists of two A/C separate bedrooms (a double and a twin one) and one bathroom. There is a seating/living room area with sofa and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Air conditioning, fridge, stove ,TV.

They are surrounded by restaurants , taverns, while the cruiser for Antipaxos is just 40 meters away, only 50 meters from the bus stop. Also, you do not need transportation to access the ferry and hydrofoil, as they are in very close proximity.
