La casa è situata sulla costa est dell'isola, nella splendida baia di Kipiadi, a trenta metri dal mare cui si arriva con una discesa diretta. The cottage is part of a group of 4 houses. Ideale per coppie o famiglie, anche con figli piccoli, dispone di ampi spazi esterni; terrazze e salotti in pietra da cui godere un meraviglioso panorama e la sera ammirare le stelle. Il paesino più vicino è Loggos che, a circa 20 min a piedi, offre romantici ristoranti affacciati sul porto.

Lakka Stone House is located in heart of Lakka village. The property can sleep 2 persons in a spacious bedroom. The sofa in the living room can be converted to a double bed, sleeping another 2 persons. The open space living room includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower. The whole property in on the ground level and can be combined with Lakka Stone House G on the ground floor in case of big families or groups.

Situata in una posizione unica, sulla rinomata spiaggia di Kaki Lagada, è una bella villa frontemare costruita in pietra, con spettacolare infinity pool privata e un'ulteriore piscina comune a sfioro sul mare. Si trova a1,5 km dal porto di Gaios, centro principale dell'isola ricca di taverne, caffetterie, bar. Tra i servizi inclusi: il servizio di pulizia, biancheria-asciugamani(cambio previsto 1 volte a settimana),trasferimenti portuali.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε κέντρο πόλης,είναι 2᾽ λεπτά απο σούπερ μαρκετ εστιατόριο και εχει αποσταση 5᾽λεπτών με τα πόδια απο την κοντινότερη παραλία. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: άνετο περιβάλλον, ψηλά ταβάνια, η θέα, η τοποθεσία και οι άνθρωποι. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες (με παιδιά) και μεγάλες ομάδες.
